• You are guided to passport control and visa applications if necessary
• In case your flight is a connected flight, your team updates you regarding your flight information and guide you to your next flight
• In case your flight is not a connected flight, your team takes your baggage for you and guide you to your next flight
• You can enjoy delicious snacks and refreshing drinks in lounges while Platinum team follows your flight status (lounge usage at the available airports)
• Platinum team leads you to your plane

• The Çelebi Platinum team will meet you at the aircraft's exit gate.
• The Platinum team will guide you through passport control and visa procedures.

• If you have a connecting flight, the Platinum team will monitor all related updates and procedures and keep you informed. 
• If you do not have a connecting flight, the Platinum team will manage the process of collecting your luggage and transferring it to the other aircraft. 
• The Platinum team will also accompany you during your shopping.
