I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data and private personal data by Çelebi Havacılık Holding A.Ş. (“ÇHH”) with my free will in order to fulfill the legal obligations, to perform the service you receive from ÇHH in an effective and efficient manner and to manage the requests and complaints accordingly, and to use in all kinds of marketing activities to be conducted through event management and corporate communication, your e-mail, mobile line, and to the sharing of my personal data and private personal data with third party server providers residing in Turkey or abroad, service providers, suppliers, business partners, insurance companies and persons at the Company's stations, the Company's branches, the Company's subsidiaries, group companies, public institutions and organizations, private law persons, or the Company's websites and social media pages to the extent limited to the above purposes, depending on the nature of the personal data and the actual requirements related to the law or service, and I hereby acknowledge and agree that this consent constitutes an “express consent" within the scope of the Law Personal Data Law No. 6698.
